I have taken several license courses and many continuing education courses with Kim Coit. His legal background, his breadth of knowledge and his stimulating teaching style makes learning enjoyable, rewarding, and entertaining

Tom’s extensive knowledge added great perspective to the topics.

Tom’s great sense of humor keeps it light while still being very informative.

Tom made the class – conversation and real life experiences made it interesting and relatable.

Great class – very informative and very knowledgeable instructor. I love having legal analysis added to real estate practice.

It it with great pleasure that I am able to recommend Kim Coit’s real estate school. Kim was instrumental in launching my real estate career. I am sure many other past students would agree that his training provides a solid base for real estate novices as well as those who have been in the industry for awhile. His classes are a perfect combination of expert factual information, sound advice from years of experience, and lively, sometimes challenging examples and cases which promote interesting class discussions. The courses prepare you for the required state exam and provide the knowledge and confidence to set out in this complex field. I highly recommend Kim Coit as the best way to begin your career in real estate. His name will also continue to “open doors” as you begin the interview process as he is well-known and highly respected in his field.

Your course also gives me a good feel for the MREC: its obvious “they care”. Thanks again for your advice and guidance. It is deeply appreciated.

Kim, I really like the approach used. The fill in the blanks with each module helps reinforce new material understanding. The multiple choice at the end of each module is the Pearson Vue format which is great training for the State exam. It is clear, concise, and well structured, e.g., very user friendly. I’ve taken IBM Corporation and VMware self study courses and I like yours the best. And, I worked at IBM for 30 years too so I have a benchmark to use.
