While being acknowledged as a top producer, she was also honored by Buffini & Company as a Top Agent of The Year. In 2008, Terry earned her Brokers license and a designation as a Certified Default Resolution Specialist (CDRS). Armed with a CDRS certification, extensive training, and on-the-job experience, Terry quickly gained national recognition as a short sale/default expert. In her capacity as a short sale and default specialist, Terry helped over 200 homeowners avoid foreclosure and, as a loss mitigation expert, assisted agents and their clients to successfully navigate the short sale process. Terry also successfully completed multiple levels of “Train the Trainer” and went on to train agents in a variety of topics such as “Marketing to Your Sphere of Influence” and “Understanding Short Sales and Foreclosures.”

In 2014, in order to meet the demands of the of the largest aging demographic this country has ever experienced, Terry turned her focus towards becoming a specialist in working with the senior population to downsize from a long time, well-loved home, relocate to senior living communities, skilled nursing, or family members’ homes, and then sell their homes. Additionally, she has built a niche in the probate market, earning the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist designation.

With 130+ agents in her production team, Terry has been recognized by eXp Realty as a growth leader. Presently, Terry is a certified mentor and regularly coaches real estate agents to build a lasting business in a changing market.
