Sales Agent Correspondence Course
This remote learning course, approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission, prepares students to take the state exam to get their Sales Agents license. Based on the book, Introduction to a Successful Career in Maine Real Estate, by Charles “Kim” Coit, it covers the license law, commission rules, property rights, property disclosures, agency relationships, contracts, closings and more. Students read the book and then work on four modules. In each module, there are questions based on the text, followed by a quiz.
